Illnesses, Corona or any other, affect our body and mind equally. They drain us from inside Out, creating deficiencies on physical and mental level both.
Fortunately medical science has made our life more sustainable. And most of the time we recover pretty fast from a moderate disease.
But this is not the case with this virus called covid-19.
In case of Corona and other similar illnesses, the body gets shaky and brain becomes foggy. The decision making abilities slow down and confidence gets shattered.
How Yoga And Reiki Healing Help To Heal From Corona
You must be aware of the fact that mindfulness practices like yoga, Pranayama can help to heal faster from covid after effects.
But you have no idea where to start!!
Yoga is known to be an excellent tool to gradually build immunity, relax the body and mind, which ultimately helps in faster healing.
It not only works on improving physical well-being, but also helps in stress management, mental exhaustion, depression, sadness to name a few.
Reiki healing, on the other hand, is linked to a range of physical and emotional health benefits, including better sleep, improved mood, and pain relief.
Research suggests Reiki helps your body return to a state of relaxation, which allows it to heal from damage brought on by stress, injury, or a disease as scary as Covid.
There’s evidence that Reiki, used as a complementary therapy with other standard medical techniques, can help people recover after surgery and manage symptoms of cancer and AIDS.

This four days yoga and Pranayama series is a step by step process to make your healing journey joyful and fruitful.
In this very first part of yoga and energy healing for post corona recovery, I have included most of the stretches and the micro-bends instead ( except the two yoga postures) of the traditional yoga postures.
This is a great way to energize your body Meridians and Nadis which turn lifeless after a prolonged illness.
At the end of each video, I have included a short session of Distance Reiki Healing to help you heal energetically. You would instantly feel the prana energy flowing in your body.
This will also balance your “7 Body Chakras”.
Just keep in mind that if your symptoms from the illness are still severe, wait for some days. You can still take advantage of the Reiki Healing.

Yoga And Energy Healing For Post Covid Recovery
Ujjayi Breath
- Sit relaxed in a cross-legged position.
- You can place your hands on your chest and abdomen.
- Inhale to prepare and when you exhale contract your throat to make an ocean wave sounding voice….
- Ujjayi breath is known to calm your mind, to nourish your body with mindful deep breathing.
Pranayama anulom vilom
- The next breathing technique is called anulom vilom Pranayama or alternate nostril breathing.
- Use your thumb to close your right nostril.
- Inhale deeply from your left nostril count up to 4.
- Close your left nostril with the help of your ring finger and little finger, hold your breath in for count 4.
- Release your thumb very gently from your right nostril exhale with a count of 8.
- Continue with alternate nostril breathing.
- Left nostril breathing activates and calms the right hemisphere of the brain.
- And right nostril breathing activates the left hemisphere of the brain.
Pursed lips breathing
- For next breathing practice, Inhale deeply from your nose.
- Round your lips as you do while whistling and exhale from your mouth.
- The pursed lips breathing activates your lungs and energizes your respiratory system.
- Making a sound is not as important as realizing that your breath is going out of your mouth.
- you should feel it.
Inflated Mouth
Illness can bring undesirable dullness to the face taking away its natural glow.
- Inhale deeply and fill your mouth with plenty of air.
- Feel the sensations in both the ears and throat area.
- Round your lips and exhale slowly from the mouth.
This Kriya works excellently on facial muscles and improves the quality of communication..
Hands, legs and neck stretches
Open your arms and grab the energy which is present in abundance in the universe.
Today we are just making a foundation and preparing our bodies for upcoming posture-based Sequences.
Fingers stretch with each inhale and exhale
- Stretch your fingers, for that you can use your other hand.
- With each Inhale, pull your fingers towards your face.
- Exhale, let the fingers Face Down.
- Repeat on both the hands.
Bicep curls with shoulder Rotations
- Either use weights if you were using them earlier or simply create a fist and curl your hands.
- Joint both elbows and make a clockwise shoulder rotation.
- Breathe and relax.
- Switch the direction and repeat.
- Including some weights may be more beneficial for regaining the lost strength from an illness.
- But use them if you have done it earlier. I don’t recommend first time use of weights at this healing time
Child’s pose with blocks
After the above kriyas and stretches you have done a nice warm up to your body so get ready for two yogasanas: child’s pose and paschimottanasana with support..
- For a child’s pose we are using a yoga block. You can also use a bolster.
- Bring both the heels together and support your forehead on the yoga block.
Using a support and holding a posture longer works on the tissue level of the body and gives a deep relaxation and feeling of calmness.
Paschimottanasana with bolster
- Pick up a bolster and place them between your legs.
- Inhale deeply and bend forward while exhaling.
- Stay in this position for relaxation.
Reiki Healing
Before you start this practice, it is important know that I am an Advanced Chakra and Master Reiki Healer. I am attuned for energy healing. During the healing process you may feel the tickling sensations in your palms, legs on any other body parts due to the Reiki energy flowing through your body. This is also normal if you don’t feel anything at all. Most importantly you are not going to be harmed with this healing session.
- Sit down comfortably or lye on your back.
- Take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly from your mouth.
- Breath in and breathe out gently from your mouth and prepare yourself for the wonderful reiki healing meditation.
- You can see that I am receiving divine energy in the form of white light onto my left palm.
- When I gaze at this light, my eyes too start emitting the same divine light.
- Looking to my right palm, light enters from my left palm to the right palm.
- Now my both hands are tingling with the abundance of energy.
- Rubbing both the palms together and then separating them I am creating a ball of healing loving energy for you.
- Helping to get over from your illness, weakness, mental sadness, or any other form of stress, anxiety and depression.
- Imagine the healing energy from my hand is going to your crown Chakra on the top of your head.
- You can feel warmth or some kind of sensation in the Crown area, feel the connectivity with everyone in this world and the connectivity with the divine.
- Now bring attention to your third eye chakra between the two eyebrows.
- Staring at my hands, breathing deeply and feeling the healing energy entering your Ajna Chakra and helping you to visualise a healthy life ahead starting from this very moment. Feel this area and nervous system surrounding your eyes turning stronger and powerful! Now you can see better.
- Now bring your attention to your Throat Chakra at the base of your throat.
- Imagine The divine white light entering from the base of your throat and energizing a blue ball of energy.
- This blue colour shining ball is helping you to regain your authenticity and communicate with confidence.
- Moving down to your green colour Heart Chakra, visualise the healing energy filling the heart cavity and increasing the blood and oxygen circulation in the entire body.
- This energy is making you a more kind and compassionate human being.
- Bring your focus to your breath and let the healing energy fall to the area just above the navel into your solar plexus chakra.
- This area is now filled with the bright yellow colour increasing your confidence and your ability to shine in this world.
- Now all your internal organs are rejuvenated due to powerful circulation of healing energy in your stomach area.
- Let one more deep breath carry the healing energy to your womb area, just below the navel.
- This white light is making the orange colour Sacral Chakra brighter than ever before, encouraging you to be most creative… productive… Your sense organs are working at their best capacity.
- With another deep inhale, bring your focus to the base of your spine and allow this area to be filled up with the divine white light.
- Visualise a very dense bright red colour ball whirling and filling your Root Chakra in the base area. Giving you a feeling of security and connectedness with the earth.
- Now you are fully rooted and grounded. Your limbs are receiving enormous amount of power from the earth and increasing your ability to walk, move, or even enjoy to run whenever you wish to.
- Now your body is healed completely from the Crown of the head to the bottom of your feet.
- Slightly wiggle your fingers and toes and gently move your body… Say thanks to the universal healing energy working in your favour.
Now just read this affirmation loud or within your mind:
My Illness is over… Now I am healed from inside out…. With the help of divine power
